● Local farming of crops such as peanuts, corn, soybeans, peppers, etc. by the community
● Co-Op purchase program of locally grown/sourced crops from local farmers to support
local communities and economies
● Community Center/School focused on capacity building and skills building
● Long-term projects: 1) Build a world class state of the art teaching hospital, the first of its kind, in the Tonko Limba region of Sierra Leone, 2) Build Bubuya to be the premier agricultural district of Sierra Leone and the ECOWAS Region

The keys to success for Fatu Yealie’s Foundation are:
● Build and/or create effective partnerships with national and local governments, public
and private individuals and entities, and international partners to ensure the needs of the
local communities served are met with keen focus on women, girls and children
● Create capacity building and skills building resources to promote employment
opportunities and community empowerment
● Promote community engagement to ensure local community initiatives and projects have
involvement of local community members
